The Goal

Bancolombia is the largest commercial bank in Colombia and one of the largest in Latin America. The bank is headquartered in Medellín and was founded in 1945. Is a full-service financial institution that provides a range of financial products and services to a diversified individual and corporate customer base.

Bancolombia saw an opportunity to drive better customer retention by improving the quality of the digital communications with customers on a one-to-one personal basis, starting with email and SMS. However, in order to deliver a one-to-one personalized digital experience, they needed a new technology solution to help automate and scale these efforts.
