The National Retail Federation (NRF) predicts that more than 50% of total online revenue will come from mobile by 2014. In addition, new research from Retail TouchPoints and Certona indicates retailers are moving in different
directions with mobile priorities. As many as 69% said they will be focusing on the mobile site within the next 12 months, while 64% are planning to implement mobile apps and tablet technology.
